By creating an account or using the Mlue app and services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Mlue. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm other people.
• Post content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringing.
• Spam, scam, or solicit other users, or scrape or abuse the Service.
• Misrepresent your identity, location, or intentions.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Service.

We may remove content, hide profiles or activities, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the community at risk.

4. Meeting other people — safety

Mlue connects you with other people for in-person activities. You are solely responsible for your interactions and for your own safety.We do not conduct background checks on users. Meet in public places, tell someone where you’re going, use the in-app safety features, and trust your judgment. Mlue is not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or offline.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create. By posting, you grant Mlue a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the Service so we can operate it. You are responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the rights to share it.

6. Subscriptions (Mlue Pro)

Mlue is free to download. Some features are part of Mlue Pro, a paid subscription billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and you can manage or cancel them in your Apple account settings. Prices and plan limits may change; we’ll surface changes in the app.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including the Mlue name, logo, and software, is owned by Mlue and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms don’t grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Termination

You can stop using Mlue and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any match, activity, or interaction will meet your expectations. Consult a physician before starting any new exercise program.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mlue and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss, or harm arising from your use of the Service or your interactions with other users.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
